Todd and his wife, Tiffany, were led by God to plant the Ridge in 2005. Todd is a graduate of Colorado Christian University (1994) and Denver Seminary (2008), and Tiffany received a counseling degree from Nazarene Bible College (2010). They have three children, a spazzy dog named Maddy, and a rather hefty bunny named Tucker.

Linda has been a church volunteer in many ministries over the years but feels it's a dream come true to be able to serve as the office administrator at the Ridge. It gives her the opportunity to use her computer skills and creativity to support the leaders and ministries of the church. She loves "playing" on her computer, reading, hiking, eating out and meeting new people ... and spending time with her adorable grandchildren!

Stephanie has called The Ridge her home ever since its start in 2005. Her service began in hospitality and transitioned to children’s ministries and the Little Lights nursery. She is passionate about giving children at The Ridge a great foundation for their faith journey. One of her goals is to express the awesome love of our Father to them.

With a background of elementary and early childhood education, I love to stay involved with the young ones! I try to keep my heart tuned in with the fact that, when they love God at an early age, they can follow Him all the days of their lives.

Pat has a belief in the power of prayer that leads him to head up this growing ministry. His desire is that everyone would read the book Fresh Wind Fresh Fire and claim the promises that God has for us as believers!

Justin and his family have been attending The Ridge since 2008. He is a big Denver sports fan and can often be seen at church in a Tebow or Tulowitzki jersey. His leadership of the technical side of creating a church service is an important piece of ministry at The Ridge.

The Ridge has five active Life Groups throughout Broomfield, Westminster, Northglenn, Thornton, and Erie. While no one person leads them, each group has a host and a leader.
